College Classes, Doctor Who and Dancing...

I'm only taking four classes next semester. This is a good thing. If anyone at Mount Holyoke ever thinks they can stay sane while taking five or more classes (especially if one of those classes has a lab attached to it) then you should slap them silly until they realize how crazy they are.

So because I'm only taking four classes next semester, it appears that it's going to be at least slightly less insane then my last semester, which means that I might actually be able to start making my Doctor Who Dolls to sell again...

More Information On Doctor Who Dolls...

I've started working on Eleven, aka Matt Smith. Really all that I've got so far is his torso and legs. One of his arms is less then 1/2 finished. Right now I'm being strangely lazy when it comes to my craft projects.

I probably won't actually finish Eleven until he starts appearing on TV. For some reason I want to see him before I create my own version. I'd also like to make my own Master Dolls at some point. When I feel more confident in my abilities I'm gonna try and make a Dalek. There's a pattern out there on the internet, it just scares me. I'd also like to knit a TARDIS, again from a pattern I've seen on the internet, but again I'm a little intimidated...

After all, my only "pattern" for the Doctor Who Dolls is a sheet of paper with the outline of the base body parts on it. One of these days I'll get around to actually writing down the pattern for these little guys.

I loved End Of Time. I can't not stress how much I loved both parts and how much I am looking forward to Eleven. I think he's going to be BRILLIANT and FANTASTIC. End Of Time just pressed all my happy-buttons, from brilliant acting and writing to such amazing Doctor/Master scenes which made my inner-fangirl weep with joy. I mean really RTD! We're supposed to believe that they don't have a realtionship like that when the Doctor says "Wonder what I'd be without you?"

Moving away from my obsession with doctor Who in all it's forms and shapes, I went out with some friends to Haven's Masquerade Ball last night. I had tons of fun and can't wait for another chance to go out. Even though my costume was totally last minute I loved it to death.

I was the Ace of Spades, a friend of mine was the Queen of Hearts and another friend of mine was Sarah from The Labyrinth, specifically the ball scene.

Well I believe that is all the information I have to impart to whoever the heck reads this blog...

Till my next post, I remain,
